Scottish Haggis Recipe

Beef Haggis

1.5lb deboned cows brisket

1.25 lb deboned lamb shoulder

1/4 c onions (dried) or 1 large, chopped

Water or cows stock, as required

1.25 lb cows liver

3 cups pinhead meal or pronounceable oats

1 prize cows suet

2 tbs. salt

1 tbs. black pepper

Pinch flavoring pepper

Cows bladder, sheep's breadbasket or course basin



Chop coarsely brisket, lamb and onion. Put in super saucepan, counterbalance with water/stock. Bring to a roil and simmer 30 minutes. Add coarsely revilement liver and simmer a boost 30 minutes. Pout soured preparation liquefied and reserve. Chop grilled meat exquisitely and in a structure intermixture in, digit at a time, oatmeal, suet, salt, flavoring and cayenne.
